DailiesList provides a digital platform for productivity and health monitoring ("Service"). The Service is accessible via our website and intended for personal use.

To access certain features, you must register for an account using your email address. We use passwordless authentication (magic links). You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the security of your email account to prevent unauthorized access.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and for any content you post.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

In no event shall DailiesList, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service. We use PostHog for analytics to understand user behavior and improve the application.
